Apart from the fact that Kilimanjaro summit (Uhuru Peak) is at very high altitude, there are some people who managed to stay there extraordinarily. It was the priests who spent a lot of time doing their spiritual matters (Holy Mass). They took to more than 2 hours to accomplish their Holly Mass  services on of Kilimanjaro without any problem.

The higher the body is in bad condition, less time to spend at Uhuru Peak. Even though the body might be in a good condition but one has to keep in mind Uhuru Peak is at very high altitude which is not safe for our health.
